INTRODUCTION
The idea of this interactive Self-evaluation tool is to help the employers to investigate and assess the psychosocial risks at work. The tool will give the employer indications about the situation at the workplace concerning psychosocial risks and ideas about ways to develop the workplace health and safety.

In order to keep the psychosocial risks at the workplace to a minimum, it is necessary to regularly follow up the actions taken and to update the risk assessment. A risk assessment is to be made at least once a year and also when important changes at the workplace occur.
When you, the representative of the employer, have finished this self-evaluation, you might have found positive features and deficiencies to correct. This self-evaluation tool can be used as a support tool before making the regular risk assessment.
